A few tough looking person, bounty hutning types, both locals and off worlds await at a side desk with bodies or chained criminals with them. There is also the higher, central desk where a one eyed Watchman sits.

A late 30s man with a well trimmed light brown beard and missing 2 fingers form his left hand raises from behind his impressive desk.
