Watch Mandate - allowing you (all your names are on it) to act with the Watch Commander's autority, into the investigation into the Death of Father Morden, Sigmarite Priest and Teacher at the Collegium Theologica.

The recovered icon is missing (taken?)
A letter detailing the icon is missing.
It appears Father Modrden was halfway into describing the icon, with teories on the dried paint, dwarven ornamentation, what said ornamentation could be hiding (and protecting!) under it, That the clothing indicates true Urbergoen syle, and it may well be modeled after a living Sigmar. He begins to thoerize where and how it was made where the entry cut in he middle of an unknown word.

Killed by a small black poinsoned dart shot from window.
Unknown black/greyish goo poison - contains warpstone (pure chaotic energy)

3 scratches on the window sill
Giant Ratmen in the sewers in Middenheim - Intelligent

3 other similar murders.

The first victim, Hugo Schimit, was a night watchmen at the Collegium (#32), his body was found in the morning along ihs patrol route by a day watchmen. That was 7 days ago. The report also states the man has a family in SouthGate, the adress is given as well. His body was given to them. No signs of violence apart from the dart. Nothing found stolen.
He was found near the Western wing where the Collegium's Library is located; as to something being reported missing; It's a centuries old Collegium, a university in everything but the name really, so if something is missing, it was not reported yet. Probably won't be discovered until inventory is taken after the end of the semester.

The second one, Balor Heartfist, was the doorman of the Dwarven Engineer's guild (#36), he was found dead sitting/leaning on the guild's front wall in the middle of the night by a Watch patrol, his axe still at his belt. That was 5 days ago. His body was taken over by the Guild for burial. No signs of violence apart from the dart. Nothing found stolen.

Dwarf guardsman was singularly unhelpful when investigating. Shot from behind, most likely from an alley, where there's a sewer entrance nearby. A map of the sewers were stolen, which is highly detailed, showing every sewer grate.

The Third victim is an unknown man, found by a Watch patrol last night, an hour or so after the sun set. No signs of violence apart from the dart, but an unloaded crossbow was found near him; it was possibly the victim's, by the way it was on the ground, position of the body etc etc..The crossbow itself is stored in the H.Q.'s Armoury (the bored clerk can get it for you with the Mandate) while the body, being of an unknown out-of-towner, was given to the Temple of Morr (located in #37, which is the only building in Morrspark on the map) for disposal.

Priests of Morr stated that 3 men showed up and said the third victim was named Gerhard Kroen. The man that spoke to the priest (out of the three) was tall, short dark hair, blue eyes and a mark or scar under his left eye (?).
Death monument to Gerhard kroen consists of a crossed hammer and Sword in a twin-tailed comet with the stylised letters "O" and "F" beside it. Stylized comet is Sigmar most likely, the rest unknown. Crossbow doesn't seem to be anything special.

Sewergrate near the body had traces of the poison on it.

Khorne Skull
"I began walking, or felt myself walk..then as I aadvanced, my eyes began to see again. I was in the middle of a dark forest, walking without any aim, until I came across a clearing where a stone monolith, sitting on top of a mountain of skulls...Then, the Earth itself begin to shook, and the monolith split open, a large man clad in plate armour bearing the Mark of the Blood God came from the ground, with a large two-handed sword in his hand and a horned skull around his neck, tied to a chain of black metal..I tried to ready myself for combat, but my strengh left me suddenly, I..I was at the mercy of the man, yet the skull began to lauigh, as its jaw moved. "I shall be free!" it said, "I shall be free once again!"

Dream at the Inn
"It was..horrible. I felt chased around by wild animals, everywhere I turned one was jumping straight at me. Everywhere i ran I ended up in that damned clearing with that mololith!"
