2. Proper paperwork MUST be filled for any and all requisition of weapons and/or armour and/or equipment
3. You break it, you pay it.
4. You borrow it, you bring it back in good condition.
5. OR ELSE.

Himself and his Squatish tech-crew won't hesitate to bring the Warp to your face if you don't follow the rules.
